Women’s Health

and Wellness

Dr. Whitney Gilley brings a multi-faceted perspective to care for women’s unique concerns.

After completing a year-long pediatric internship where she worked with mothers and their children, Dr. Gilley spent elective time providing resident psychiatric consultation to women in an OB/Gyn clinic and outpatient psychiatry. Her two years of supervised psychotherapy clinic during training focused on women encountering life challenges and recovering from traumatic experiences.

She understands the stresses and challenges women face in career, home, and health that impact our overall health and wellbeing. She also understands the factors that influence stress and mood in the peripartum, postpartum, and perimenopausal stages. With a focus on evidence-based care, Dr. Gilley works with you on navigating through challenges in life including stress at home or work, anxiety, unexpected loss, depression, and healing from trauma.
