Dr. Gilley is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and sees patients over the age of 18. She offers evaluation and treatment services with focus on weekly psychotherapy and option for medication management.

This practice does not accept insurance.

All evaluations are currently conducted by telehealth. Please note that not all conditions or situations are appropriate for telehealth. Controlled substances will not be prescribed to telehealth patients.

This practice focuses on:

  • Anxiety disorders

  • Trauma, PTSD, and dissociative disorders

  • Life challenges, stress, burnout, loss, and adjustment disorders

  • Women’s Mental Health including psychiatric medications in reproductive age women (pre-conception, pregnancy, and lactation).

  • Depressive Disorders

  • See FAQs for more information

Conditions not treated by this practice include eating disorders, active substance use (we are not equipped to provide MAT/MoUD), neurocognitive disorders (dementia), pedophilia or other paraphilias, psychosis, or conditions requiring case management or other intensive or wrap-around services.

Except in predefined situations, this practice does not offer split care (where more than one professional is treating the same condition). This is important for patient safety and effectiveness of treatment. If a patient is receiving counseling/therapy or medication management services elsewhere and does not want to fully transition their psychiatric care (including therapy) to this practice, this would not be a good fit for their needs. Exceptions where spilt care is permitted include patients receiving ADHD medications or other controlled medications through primary care, interventional psychiatry services (IV ketamine or eskatamine, TMS, or ECT), and substance use treatment including addictions counseling or MAT/MoUD. In these cases, coordination of care is highly encouraged.

Appointment Requests

This practice is not a crisis service. If you feel your patient is having an emergency, such as actively suicidal, homicidal or experiencing an episode of acute psychosis or mania, please refer them to your ER or local crisis service.

Because this practice does not accept insurance, potential patients should call the practice directly at (270) 216-0938 so we can discuss if our telehealth services might meet their needs. See FAQs for more information.

Please contact Dr. Gilley at (270) 216-0938 ext. 4 if you are a therapist or medical office and have questions about our services.

Unsolicited faxed referral requests will be declined.
